IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
No there isn't any minimum order quantity needed. You can buy one bundle, a hundred bundles or more. The more you buy, the more discounts you get.

All our products are shipped from China. We ship orders using DHL or FedEx to the United States and other couriers according to the areas. We do offer expedited shipping at the cost of customers' expense and estimated delivery costs/time vary depending on which kind of service is chosen, the weight of the package, and delivery destination.
HOW TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Once you have confirmed the price, you can pay for your order by Western Union, Money Gram, transfer (T/T), or Paypal, a +3% extra charge will be applied to your order price if you choose Paypal. Once the payment is completed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Quality Hair Guide:

1. Our Hair	Our hair is non-dyed and collected from donors directly. Each bundle color is the #1B natural color. For real virgin hair, it is normal that the color shade from the top to ends, as we all know the longer hair the lesser nutrition will reach to ends, usually, virgin hair ends will be lighter than top and middle. For example, the top and the middle are black shade to ends 1b or even lighter at last 2~4 inches, that's also split ends area.
2. Split/Dry	Split Ends--For virgin NON-DYED & NON-ACID BATH hair, when donors’ hair is long enough, the lesser nutrition will reach to ends. So split ends are really normal, CANNOT be avoided, especially when hair is longer than 18''! ONLY processed and acid bath hair has no spilled ends at all! If you are picky, we do not recommend to purchase. Dry Ends--hair will be a little dry after high-temperature steam processed, especially longer virgin hair. With the right condition and moisture treatment to the hair, it will help a lot.
3. Nits	We do have nits/eggs quality control. The raw hair with nits and eggs is select out before we put it into production. So 99.5% of products are no nits and eggs, if there is one bundle we are not able to pick out, we do accept refunding or replacement.
4. Gray	Virgin non-dyed hair have a few gray strands inside, we usually pick the gray hair out on production, but we DO NOT guarantee 100% no gray hair, please understand, and pick those strand out yourself. And we will really appreciate it!
5. Corn Chip	Promise no corn-chip chemical smell, our hair is 100% chemical-free, we do not only care about beauty but also our customer's health! But we do wash the hair when we produce it. It may have a little shampoo smell on it, anyway, it will lift your shampoo and conditioner smell shortly after co-washing.
6. Length	Wavy and curly hair will look much shorter compared with the straight ones. You should measure the length of hair when it is STRAIGHTLY stretched!
